Hir District (Persian: بخش هیَر) is a district (bakhsh) in Ardabil County, Ardabil Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 23,547, in 4,963 families.[1] The District has one city: Hir. The District has three rural districts: Fuladlui Jonubi Rural District, Fuladlui Shomali Rural District, and Hir Rural District.
