Properties

• The Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project, a large-scale real estate development over the West Side Yard and some adjacent properties by Related Companies and Oxford Properties that includes:
  • 10 Hudson Yards
  • 15 Hudson Yards
  • 30 Hudson Yards
  • 35 Hudson Yards
• The 60-block zoning initiative coalesced into a new neighborhood called Hudson Yards, aimed to catalyze development in the Far West Side of Manhattan that will include:
  • The Hudson Yards development by Related Companies and Oxford Properties
  • 3 Hudson Yards
  • 50 Hudson Yards
  • 55 Hudson Yards

Transport

• The West Side Yard, a storage facility for the Long Island Rail Road. The "yards" in the name of the rezoning project and the real-state development comes from the rail yard.
• The 34th Street–Hudson Yards station on the New York City Subway's 7 and <7>​ trains, which has "Hudson Yards" in its name.
