Sir Hugh Francis Ivo Elliott, 3rd Baronet (Allahabad March 10, 1913December 21, 1989) was an eminent British ornithologist and administrator of Tristan da Cunha (1950–1952). He attended University College, Oxford and was president of the British Ornithologists' Union from 1975 to 1979. He succeeded to the baronetcy in 1961.
