It is carried on channel 1 on the Flow cable system in Trinidad. Channel 116 on Blink, TSTT's IPTV service and online using Ustream.
Programming
The station's programming consists of a mix of local and East Indian programming. Local programming includes cooking shows, local documentaries, movies, business programmes and a daily 1/2 hour current affairs programme called One on One .
