J. C. Ashmit Reddy is an Indian politician from Andhra Pradesh. He is a member of Telugu Desam Party. He has been elected as the Member of the Legislative Assembly representing the Tadpatri Assembly constituency in 2024 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly elections[1]
Political career[edit]
J.C. Ashmit Reddy started his political career with TDP and he served as Tadipatri councillor in 2014 and later he contested 2019 Assembly elections on TDP ticket from Tadpatri and lost by a narrow margin of 7,000 votes to YSRCP candidate Kethireddy Pedda Reddy.[2] In 2024 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly elections he contested on TDP ticket on won with a majority of 27,731 votes on YSRCP candidate Kethireddy Pedda Reddy and elected as Tadpatri MLA.[1][3][4]
