Jari Johannes Laukkanen (born 8 June 1962 in Viitasaari, Central Finland) was a Finnish cross country skier who competed from 1987 to 1988. He finished eighth in the 4 × 10 km relay at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary.

Laukkanen's best finish at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships was ninth in the 15 km event at Oberstdorf in 1987. His best World Cup finish was sixth in a 15 km event in Canada in 1987.
