Jeffrey Lynn "Jeff" Julian (born 9 October 1935) is a former New Zealand marathon runner.[1]

At the Olympics, he placed 18th in 1960 in Rome and 29th in 1964 in Tokyo. At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games he was seventh in 1962 in Perth and fifth in 1966 in Kingston.

In 1963 he won the Fukuoka Marathon. In 1969 he ran his personal best of 2:14:38 h at the Fukuoka Marathon, ranking eighth.[2]
