On 2 August 2012, Latimore signed a 2-year contract with the Penrith Panthers starting in 2013.[4]

On 15 May 2015, it was announced that Latimore would be extending his stay with the Panthers for a further two seasons until the end of 2017.[5] On 26 September 2015, he played for the Prime Minister's XIII against Papua New Guinea.[6]
