James Gordon Meade Jr. (February 28, 1914 — August 1977) was an American football halfback in the National Football League for the Washington Redskins. He played college football and lacrosse at the University of Maryland. He was inducted into the University of Maryland Athletic Hall of Fame in 1982.[1]
