Aliana Lohan

Aliana Lohan (born December 22, 1993[1]) is an American actress, fashion model, and singer. Known as Ali, she is the younger sister of Lindsay Lohan and the third child of Michael and Dina Lohan. She has an older brother named Michael and a younger brother named Dakota ("Cody").

Biography

Aliana Lohan was born on Long Island, New York, the third of four children of Michael and Dina Lohan. Like her siblings, she is of Irish and Italian heritage. Lohan followed in her big sister's footsteps and began her career as a Ford Model at a young age. Early in her childhood, she spent a lot of time traveling with her mother and brothers while Lindsay Lohan was filming movies, and made brief cameo appearances in such films as The Parent Trap (1998), Life-Size and Freaky Friday.

Her début as an actress came in the music video for her sister's "Confessions of a Broken Heart (Daughter to Father)" and, as of early 2006, Aliana Lohan and her mother were in negotiations with the Disney Channel to feature her in her own show.

Lohan began recording an album in January 2006; Lohan Holiday features original songs like the title track and "I Like Christmas", as well as classic tunes like "Winter Wonderland" and "Jingle Bells".[2] "I want to write songs, like about girls gossiping in my school," Lohan told the New York Daily News. "Girls talk about girls and those girls talk about other girls and those girls talk about the girls who started it. Then they get in a big fight. But I don't get involved with that." What has she learned from her big sister? "Don't believe rumors. And don't talk about other people!"[3]

An avid soccer player, Aliana is a forward on her Long Island soccer team for 2005-2006. The previous year, the team came in first place in the Waldbaum's Cup.
