Joseph Chen (Chinese: 陳永豐; pinyin: Chén Yǒngfēng; born 1952) is a politician of the Republic of China (ROC). He is currently the Political Deputy Minister of Culture since February 2015.

Early life

Chen obtained his bachelor's degree in foreign language and literature from National Taiwan University.
