Justin Louis Raisen (born March 29, 1982) is an American producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist.

He has worked with notable artists, producers and musicians such as Sky Ferreira, Charli XCX, Santigold, Kim Gordon, Angel Olsen, Ariel Pink, Jim Keltner, Pino Palladino, Roger Joseph Manning, Jr., Active Child, Health (band), Kylie Minogue, Nick Zinner, Justin Meldal-Johnson, Lawrence Rothman, Ariel Rechtshaid, Theophilus London, Nugget, and Billy Corgan, among many others.

In 2013, he formed Paulie Music Management [1][citation needed] with Ashlee Gardner. Paulie Music is an artist-driven management and production company.[1][citation needed]

Justin’s work on Charli XCX's True Romance (Charli XCX album) on tracks “Nuclear Seasons” and “Stay Away” was named best new music on Pitchfork.com.[2] His work on Sky Ferreira's "Night Time My Time"[3][4] was also named best new music on Pitchfork.com as well as top 21 albums of the year in Rolling Stone 2013.[5] Charli XCX’s Sucker (album), released 2015, was voted #1 “Best Pop Album of 2015.”[6] In 2016, Justin co-wrote and produced Kim Gordon's first track under her own name, "Murdered Out.".[7]

Justin is currently working on his artist solo project, True Happiness, and has released his first single, "#." [8]
