Kadyrbek Telmanovich Sarbayev (Kyrgyz:Кадырбек Тельманович Сарбаев; born 9 December 1966 in Frunze) was the foreign minister of Kyrgyzstan from 2009 to 2010. He was appointed by President Kirmanbek Bakiyev and took office on 26 January 2009 after Medet Sadyrkulov had refused the position. Sarbayev was previously Kyrgyzstan's envoy to China. [1]

He lost the position in April 2010 when Bakiyev was forced to resign.
