Kelmiküla (Estonian for "Rascal's Village" or "Rogue's Village") is a subdistrict ([asum] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help)) in the district of Põhja-Tallinn (North Tallinn), Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It has a population of 1,101 (As of 1 January 2015[update]).[1]
