Kim Tae-yong (born March 20, 1987) is a South Korean film director and screenwriter. Kim got into filmmaking before he turned 20 years old, after watching and inspired by the film The Son by directors Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne.[1][2]
His directorial feature debut Set Me Free (2014), critically acclaimed for its stable scriptwriting and direction,[1] is based on his own story.[3]
