Kiyoshi Okuma (大熊 清, Okuma Kiyoshi, born June 21, 1964) is a former Japanese football player and manager. He managed Japan national under-20 football team at the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship and 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship.

His younger brother Yuji is also a former Japanese footballer.
