La cerveza is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by B. Landry in 1995.[1] It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Arizona, California, Colorado and Texas.[2] Its name is from beer because its genus La is one of the Spanish words for "the" and cerveza translates beer an alcoholic beverage.
