Lahrud Rural District (Persian: دهستان لاهرود) is a rural district (dehestan) in Meshgin-e Sharqi District, Meshgin Shahr County, Ardabil Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,630, in 1,373 families.[1] The rural district has 12 villages.
