Landmark 81 is a skyscraper under construction in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.[1] The ground-breaking ceremony was held on December 13, 2014. The 461-metre tall and 81-storey building is built on the bank of the Saigon River in Binh Thanh District, near Saigon Bridge. It is part of the $1.5 billion high-class and multi-functional ecological urban area, Vinhomes Central Park and is scheduled to be inaugurated in 2018. It consists of functional spaces including hotels, apartments, shopping centres, restaurants, bars and an observatory center.

The investor is Vincom Group, a Vietnamese company. Upon completion in 2018, this tower will become the highest skyscraper in Vietnam, surpassing 336-meter tall Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower in Hanoi.
