The Leak Bros. is an American hip-hop duo, composed of New York rapper Cage Kennylz and New Jersey rapper Tame One of the Artifacts. The group was formed to fulfill Cage's obligations to the now-defunct Eastern Conference Records; the concept purportedly came from Cage's idea of a drug theme park wherein PCP users are told they "have to be this high to ride this ride."[1] Making their debut on Cage's 2003 EP Weatherproof and on Tame One's first full length solo album When Rappers Attack. They went on to release one album, Waterworld, in 2004 on Eastern Conference records; it featured production by RJD2, J-Zone, El-P, Camu Tao, DJ Mighty Mi and Mondee. As a whole, their songs involve using and the effects of PCP,[2] hence their title as the 'Leak Brothers'. Both Tame One and Cage have gone on to form The Weathermen, an underground hip hop supergroup featuring El-P and Aesop Rock, among others,.
