Lennie Waite (born 4 February 1986) is a British steeplechase athlete. She holds the British record for the 2000m steeplechase, with a time of 6.27.33. She achieved this on 20 May 2010, in Houston, United States.[2]

Her first major competition was the 2010 Commonwealth Games, where she competed in the 3000m steeplechase for Scotland and finished 6th. She then had to wait until 2013 to represent her country again, when she represented Britain in the European Athletics Team Championships in the 3000m steeplechase and finished 5th with her best run of the season. Then in 2014, she represented Scotland in the 2014 Commonwealth Games in the steeplechase, and finished 10th.[3] She also competed again in the European Athletics Team Championships and came 7th.
