Leonardo "Leo" Gabriel Tambussi (born September 2, 1981) is a football player from Mar del Plata in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. He currently plays for Alvarado in Argentina.

Tambussi has also played for Racing Club and Arsenal de Sarandí in Argentina, and Dorados and Club Tijuana in Mexico.

Tambussi was part of the Racing Club squad that won the 2001 Apertura tournament of the Argentine primera.
