Library Hall of Fame

The Library Hall of Fame was a list created in 1951 that recognized leaders of the late 19th- and early 20th-century library movement, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the American Library Association.[1]
Members
Expanded list
At the end of the 20th century (in 1999) a similar list expanded to 100 American librarians who made a lasting impact on library service and the nation.[2]
