Lincoln Michael Riley (born September 5, 1983) is an American football coach and former player. He is currently the offensive coordinator for the Oklahoma Sooners football team.

Riley was hired by Oklahoma to be their offensive coordinator on January 12, 2015.[1][2] He previously was the offensive coordinator at East Carolina and also coached at Texas Tech.[3]

Riley also played quarterback at Texas Tech as a walk-on in 2002,[4] behind senior starter Kliff Kingsbury and back-up B. J. Symons. After a year, he became a student assistant to Mike Leach.[4]
