Lipinka is a village (obec) in Olomouc District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 2.48 square kilometres (0.96 sq mi), and has a population of 219 (as at 3 July 2006).

Lipinka lies approximately 31 kilometres (19 mi) north-west of Olomouc and 191 km (119 mi) east of Prague.
