- Notes: O'List Joined the band briefly at the end of 1968 following the departure of Mick Abrahams. He rehearsed with the band for one week before departing.

- Notes: Following David O'List's departure at the end of 1968 Tony Iommi joined the band. He appeared with the band on a mimed performance of "A Song for Jeffrey," which later appeared on The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus, before departing in December of that year.
