Law & Order: Organized Crime is an American crime drama television series that premiered on April 1, 2021, on NBC. The seventh series in the Law & Order franchise and a spin-off of Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, the series stars Christopher Meloni as Elliot Stabler, reprising his role from SVU.

As of May 18, 2023, 52 episodes of Law & Order: Organized Crime have aired, concluding the third season.

Elliot learns from Bekher that Angela arranged the hit on Kathy.

She then decides to cooperate with the investigation to put Richard away. Meanwhile, Dana finds out Gina is an undercover cop and informs Richard. A furious Richard then instructs a reluctant Richie to kill Gina. Bekher is present when Richie carries out the hit.

When the buy goes as planned, Stabler and the task force move in to arrest Richard, his son and his men. Richard tries to escape on a subway train, but Stabler overpowers and cuffs him. Dana is arrested by NYPD officers at the Contrapos office and some of Wheatley's accomplices are arrested as well. Bell finds out that Gina is dead and confronts Richie in his jail cell.

The Wheatleys are formally indicted. Kept under protection in a hotel during the trial, Angela collapses in the shower; her bath supplies are found to be poisoned with a Novichok agent. Wheatley approaches a U.S. Attorney to move his case to federal court, where he offers up his associates in exchange for leniency. Having learned the truth of his grandfather's murder, Richie contracts a hit on his father from prison. Wheatley is wounded, but is rescued by Stabler and Bell. Using a hidden cell phone, Wheatley arranges for Stabler and Benson to meet in the hospital where Angela is recuperating. His inside man turns out to be Morales, who is killed by Bell, but not before injecting Angela with another poison.

Albi is able to help Elliot avoid punishment, but the boss forces Stabler to take the injured member's place in a bar heist, resulting in Elliot having to shoot a man who pointed a gun at him. Meanwhile, the Organized Crime unit is able to publicly apprehend the man supplying encrypted phones to multiple crime groups, planning to have Jet's hacker captive supply new phones as part of his deal to avoid prosecution.

Having endeared himself to Flutura and found fake passports for several young Albanian women in her home, Elliot alerts SVU of likely human trafficking by the Kostas. He gets a job with Reggie working security at a high-end charity event that Flutura has set up. Bell attends as a guest of Congressman Kilbride while SVU sets up a sting. As SVU moves in upon getting Bell's proof of prostitution, Elliot helps Reggie and Flutura escape, then takes off to rescue Rita, a young woman he met when she was waitressing at an Albanian diner. Flutura alerts Albi and Kosta that they have a rat. Meanwhile, Elliot deals with his son acting out at home.

Reggie is tasked with assassinating a politician who called out the Kostas on television, but he kills the politician's wife instead.

After arresting Reggie Bogdani, Bell and Brewster interrogate him to try to turn him against the family. Elliot reveals his true identity to Reggie which angers him. Stabler testifies to a grand jury to get them to indict the members of the Kosta Organization. Stabler goes back undercover in the K-O only to find out that Jon Kosta wants Reggie dead; Stabler then plays audio of that to Reggie, which makes him turn against the family and he testifies to the grand jury. However, Reggie's mother is able to get a message out to Albi. The grand jury issues indictments to members of the K-O, which leads to the NYPD raiding their diner and bars. Detective Vanessa Cho and a few NYPD officers raid Jon Kosta's home only to find he's not there (but his daughter and her boyfriend are) while Stabler and Bell raid the Briscus' home.

The team tracks Kosta and Albi to the boxing gym that fronts their business. The K-O blows up the building, killing the real Eddie Wagner's son, and escape via tunnel. Kosta is captured first trying to escape in an ambulance, while Albi is later captured despite Flutura trying to warn him off. The K-O is formally indicted, as is Agnes Bogdani after the team found the murdered court reporter. Reggie Bogdani goes into witness protection. Bell meets with Carmen Riley ("Nova"), who has been promoted to vice president in the Marcy Killers. Riley confirms Congressman Kilbride was in the meeting where the decision was made, with Kilbride bragging that he's "developing a relationship" with someone in the organized crime unit (Bell).

Eli Stabler meets a woman at a New Jersey promenade and goes to an apartment with her, where they drink tequila and take his grandmother's opioids. He wakes up to find the woman dead and has to be talked down from a bridge by a New Jersey cop, as Elliot and Olivia Benson head to the scene. Jet helps Elliot learn that the woman was actually killed by a mob hitman, with the intention of framing Eli. When the hitman reveals he was paid in cyber currency that ties back to Richard Wheatley, Elliot confronts Wheatley in prison. Richard says the only person with the codes to his currency is his daughter, Dana. Elliot visits Angela Wheatley, who denies knowing where Dana is, but she's later shown hiding her daughter. Meanwhile, Rafael Barba says that the D.A.'s office doesn't have a strong enough case against Richard, and they release him from prison; he also rejects a second time Wheatley's offer to become his consigliere.

A cyber attack allows notorious hacker Sebastian McClane, known as "Constantine," to escape from prison. McClane engineered a hack on a government agency in Washington, DC that caused a security guard to be locked in a gold vault, wherein he suffocated to death. Wheatley is released from prison with the understanding that he will cooperate with the FBI. He privately vows to rebuild his criminal empire, and is shown to be behind the scheme that sprung McClane. McClane is brought to Wheatley's home, with Richard discussing his plans for him. Wheatley is asked to assist the Organized Crime Task Force with a current cyber attack. Elliot is certain Wheatley was behind the attack for the purposes of solving it and making himself appear to be fully cooperating with law enforcement. Elsewhere, Congressman Kilbride becomes embroiled in construction payola, with Riley reporting this to Ayanna.

McClane refuses to work with Wheatley, saying he only had one reason to get out of prison, revealed when he digs up $200,000 in cash and tries to open a bank account for the daughter of the deceased security guard. McClane agrees to surrender to the FBI after he tells the guard's widow about the account. However, Wheatley's henchman impersonates an FBI agent and picks up McClane, returning him to Wheatley's home. Meanwhile, McClane's loyal followers start engineering computer glitches that cause chaos throughout the city. Wheatley taunts Elliot and scares his mother. Elliot locates Wheatley and says he will personally kill him and bury the body if Wheatley ever threatens Elliot's family again. Wheatley later helps New York Governor Teddy Garcia with a hack, and warns Garcia that Elliot Stabler's obsession with Wheatley is making him a loose cannon.

Elliot worries about a new man in his mother's life. Wheatley and a reluctant McClane are behind a hack of a federal financial system. It's revealed that Wheatley did it to disturb the markets and test the waters before doing something far more sinister later. The Organized Crime team surveils Wheatley's home and learns he is obsessed with not only reclaiming his fortune but also with getting back together with Angela. Governor Garcia shares concerns over Stabler's mental state with Ayanna. Stabler invites Angela for a meal and puts on a show of affection, knowing Wheatley is watching. Wheatley attacks his ex-wife, and McClane is powerless to stop it. McClane later tells Organized Crime that he is purposely leaving behind a digital footprint. Jet figures out a password to get at Wheatley's files, which turns out to be the date of Kathy Stabler's murder. Enraged, Elliot attacks Wheatley in an elevator. A bloodied Wheatley laughs and says he will always live in Stabler's head. Miles, the new man in Bernadette Stabler's life, is revealed to be working for Wheatley.

Wheatley recaptures McClane, and ties up both McClane and Angela. He forces McClane to gather his followers and get them to carry out Wheatley's sinister plans. Elliot goes undercover as one of McClane's followers, and learns that the group will plant bombs in five symbolic areas of the city (e.g., finance, medical, law enforcement). The Organized Crime Task Force rescues McClane after Wheatley had left him to die (having released and taken Angela). The Task Force learns the five bombs are a distraction for Wheatley's real target: he is taking over the main power plant and hacking its systems in order to hold the entire city hostage.

Wheatley shuts down power throughout the city, and makes several demands, including a flight to the Caribbean and a meet with Elliot Stabler. As the Task Force and other law enforcement try to figure out how to access the power plant and capture Wheatley without causing more havoc, McClane helps Jet and Malachi activate an outdated backup plant to try and restore some power to New York. Wheatley gets Elliot to admit, on livestream, that he's shot ten citizens on duty, among other confessions. Wheatley finally tries to get Stabler to say he lied about Wheatley killing Kathy, which Elliot refuses to do, but by then Jet and Malachi have successfully restored power. Wheatley makes his escape to the airport, with Angela driving, after revealing he's kidnapped Elliot's mother. But after locating Bernadette and removing Wheatley's threat, law enforcement tails his car. Realizing their fate, Angela steers the car over a cliff and into the river. Ayanna later confirms that they found Angela dead, but they can't locate Wheatley's body.

Stabler is shown being put under suspension and surrendering his gun, then later arguing with Ayanna at 1PP about "not having my back," but it's soon revealed the suspension is a ruse so that Stabler will be welcomed into the gang of dirty cops working for old colleague Frank Donnelly (Denis Leary). Stabler becomes involved in raiding a drug house with Donnelly, wherein the cops steal the drug money. Donnelly then has to backpedal when the drugs are revealed to be connected to the Marcy Killers. Stabler's suspicions are confirmed: Donnelly's gang of cops have an understanding with the Marcy Killers. Meanwhile, Nova's position within the Marcy Killers is elevated even further, as Webb's other VPs now report to her. It's revealed that Nova has a brother, a Baptist minister, who does not know she is a cop. Webb and his wife attend a church service there and see Nova hugging her brother.

A lawyer and the sex worker she's trying to help are both gunned down. Hugo, a VP in the Marcy Killers, had tried to warn off the lawyer. Ayanna puts Hugo on the suspect list, but Nova insists he wasn't the shooter. Stabler is assigned to Donnelly's precinct. Precinct Captain Darnell is not happy to have Stabler, and puts him on desk duty. However, Donnelly takes Stabler out for the night to raid a meth lab. The lab workers are tipped off and leave with the drugs, but Donnelly's crew finds a stash of guns they can sell. A lone crook who stayed behind shoots at Stabler, but Donnelly jumps in front and takes the bullet to his vest. Captain Darnell is angry that Stabler went out with active cops, and says he plans to get him fired. Donnelly puts a cop named Van Aller in charge of selling the guns, and Elliott learns Van Aller is behind the sex worker shooting. Van Aller confesses to Stabler that IAB will soon be all over him. While Elliott goes into a bar for a drink, Van Aller shoots and kills himself. In front of Nova, Hugo is disciplined by Webb for trying to protect the lawyer, whom he says is an old friend. Darnell says "someone high up" would not let him fire Stabler, and gives Stabler his gun while warning him about the same higher-ups.

A new ADA urges the task force to flip a member of the Brotherhood. Stabler questions how his father got the Combat Cross. Elliot and Santos work on switching diamonds on a millionaire, when Donnelly shows up unexpectedly. Donnelly pretends to be the millionaire's driver and kills him when he wants to go to the police. Santos gets arrested in front of his house for his actions with the Brotherhood. Elliot visits his former Captain Cragen (Dann Florek) to question him about his father.

Donnelly and his wife host a baby shower and the Brotherhood question Donnelly about Stabler. Stabler and Donnelly work with Webb to find a missing case of artwork filled with illegal weapons. Stabler tries to convince Santos to flip the Brotherhood. Donnelly bails when he and Stabler have to get the guns from the warehouse. When Stabler goes to check on Donnelly, his wife goes into labor, and Stabler has to drive her to the hospital. Stabler delivers the guns back to Webb, where Webb puts him in his good graces. Stabler looks at old family videos.

Stabler and Donnelly are rehired by Webb again to find out who stole millions of cash from him. Webb thinks the money is in Rutger Ulrich's house, so Stabler hires Malachi to break into the safe. Stabler, Donnelly, and Malachi find nothing in the safe. The investigation continues when a rental van that stole the money is revealed to have been rented under Stabler's name, Derrick Riley (Nova's brother) buys a gun to kill Preston Webb, and Ayanna's wife is looking to take a job from Congressman Kilbride. Stabler also questions his father's old partner on what happened when his father got the Combat Cross.

Stabler must team up with Benson and the SVU after Santo's daughter gets kidnapped. Bell and her unit investigate Preston Webb while Stabler asks the Brotherhood. Stabler and Benson find Santos' daughter across the street from a museum in Queens. Stabler finds out the money Donnelly brought to Santos' wife house has the same serial numbers as the money that was robbed from Webb.

Stabler and Bell find out from Nova that a threat was put on Stabler through the Marcy Killers. Stabler questions Donnelly about the rental van being put in his name. Stabler gets shot outside his apartment and finds out that the assassin was a woman and she is very skilled. Donnelly announces he is leaving the Brotherhood and is passing the group over to Stabler. Later, Stabler chases the assassin but loses her. Derrick tries to kill Webb, but Nova shoots him in the leg. Stabler is able to take down the assassin when she tries to go for him again in his own apartment. Stabler finds out that his father was crooked and that it was his partner who shot him to make it look like the perp shot first.

Stabler visits Hansen who in turn calls Donnelly to tell him that Stabler is undercover. In turn, Donnelly puts a hit out on Stabler. Meanwhile, Preston Webb has gone missing and Cassandra is worried. Donnelly tells Stabler he knows where Webb is but it is a setup where a shootout happens and Stabler gets shot. He is saved by a bulletproof vest. Meanwhile, the task force arrests Congressman Kilbride, where Denise is mad at Ayanna for doing so. Stabler starts taking out all of the Brotherhood one by one because they think he is dead. He rounds up everyone except for Donnelly. Preston Webb is found dead in the Gowanus Canal and Donnelly is off the radar. Cassandra gets arrested after the task force finds out she was the one who put the hit out on Stabler. Meanwhile, Stabler finds Donnelly and chases him throughout the city. They stop at a train track where Donnelly commits suicide instead of getting arrested. Ayanna finds out that Denise left her after the Kilbride incident. Stabler apologizes to a father of a kid who was shot by his father and the meaning for his father getting the Cross. Stabler gets the Combat Cross where he is surrounded by friends and family. Nova and Derrick leave New York when they find out that Preston Webb is dead.

During the War in Ukraine, a teen girl's whole family is killed. She comes to New York where she is being trafficked. She runs in the street with blood on her face when Frank Cosgrove finds her and she gets hit by a car. While he is leading EMTs to her, the perp kills her and gets away before Cosgrove can react. Cosgrove teams up with Jalen Shaw to work on the case. They find out that the girl was living with her aunt and was missing for two months. They also find out from the ME that saltwater was on her hands. They learn there was a yacht party going on at a local pier. They go to the owner of the yacht who says he leases it out to people. They visit Olivia Benson who gives them access to the camera in the area. They find out that there was a person chasing the teen. When they go to visit the person, Mark Sirenko, Cosgrove threatens him. Cosgrove gets questioned by Elliot Stabler as OCCB has been investigating Sirenko for organized crime ties. When they find out that Stabler has a CI in Sirenko's employ, Stabler refuses for him to get involved but then changes his mind after Cosgrove said that wasn't the Stabler he heard about. Stabler's CI clones Sirenko's phone and almost gets killed in the process. Stabler has Benson try to find information on a woman they found on Sirenko's phone. SVU finds her location, Cosgrove and Stabler raid the house, then arrest the woman and find a 14-year old girl in a bedroom.


This episode begins a crossover event that continues on the season 24 premiere of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and concludes on the season 22 premiere of Law & Order.

The wealthy and powerful Silas family has broken ground on New York's first casino, but someone threatens to delay construction: resident Henry Cole who refuses to leave his home. When Cole ends up dying from a fall over his apartment balcony, Stabler suspects foul play. The M.E. shows Stabler rat bites on Cole's leg. Stabler, Jet and new OCCB detective Jamie Whelan investigate and learn the rats were not native to New York but a species from Africa that have poisonous bites. The man who purchased the rats from a black market dealer is bitten himself. He escapes from his hospital bed, leading the detectives on a chase. While breaking in another detective, Bobby Reyes, Ayanna deals with her pending divorce from Denise, who still won't forgive her for arresting Congressman Kilbride.

Stabler and the task force question Silas and Serrano about Kenny Kyle who was the person buying the rats. They deny knowing him. Meanwhile, Kyle is in the middle of the woods and finds a hidden gun. Two police officers show up and both get shot by Kyle. Pearl hires a private investigator to spy on Teddy. The person who Kyle bought the rats from gets sent to the hospital after Kyle came asking for antibiotics for rat bites. Stabler and Jamie visit a woman who Kyle would always visit if he was in a predicament. Her name is Dede Hayes. She says that she hasn't seen him in a long time. Bell and Reyes go to the casino construction site where they find someone in the wall of the building who was bit by the rats. Kyle takes cover in someone's house to care for the bites on his leg. Kyle calls Hayes who lied to the detectives and she goes to Kyle's location. Stabler and Jamie follow Hayes, but she fooled them into thinking she was in a different location while she goes to Kyle. Hayes tries to kill Kyle as she hired people, but all 3 of them get killed by Kyle. Kyle steals a car with a child inside which causes Ayanna and Reyes to go find him. Ayanna tricks Kyle into giving the baby to her while Reyes arrests him. Teddy finds out that Pearl hired a private investigator since he paid off all of them Stabler is infuriated when one of the cops who was shot by Kyle dies.

At the site of the construction site, a new worker falls and is taken to the hospital which leads to dispute between Pearl and Bishop. Meanwhile, Kenny goes to Rikers and assaults one of the police officers there which results in a visit from Stabler. Reyes wants to go into Riker's to try and talk to Kenny, but Bell does not want him to do so. She later changes her mind. Because of the incident at the construction site, it causes the construction to shut down. Reyes tries to get in with Kenny and later does when he takes a shank to the stomach which was meant for Kenny. Bishop is out of town dealing with a funeral with Russo when he hears about the construction incident. Pearl later takes over the whole construction. Bell wants Reyes out of Rikers as she does not want to lose another cop like she lost Gina Cappelletti. Stabler later takes over as his reporting officer. Bishop and Russo are afraid Kenny is going to talk in prison. Stabler and Reyes are able to manage a deal with Kenny; his testimony in exchange to going to a prison in Florida to be close to family. Stabler and the task force find a connection between Russo, Bishop, and Kenny. Stabler and Jamie chase Russo down to JFK airport where they get into a shootout and Russo dies. Silas and his father talk about the death of Russo and how Stabler is on their tail. Stabler still tries to talk sense into Teddy and Pearl, but they are still not talking. Stabler and Jamie later visit Bishop who commits suicide in the bathtub at his family home. Kenny gets to be able to go to Florida and thanks Reyes for helping him. Stabler tells Pearl to watch her back as Henry Cole's building is getting demolished.

Stabler gets called in to testify against the Brotherhood in court. He later gets called in by Amanda Rollins to investigate the rape of two girls who were raped by people dressed as cops. Bell gets told by the Deputy Inspector that OCCB might get shut down. Stabler and the task force question the guy who was attacked by dirty cops, but he does not trust the detectives. At first, they think it might be a faction of the Brotherhood, but that turns out to be false. A kid named Dante gets out of prison and joins his friends Manny and Vaughn who are revealed to be the group of fake cops. Dante later joins his friends and they pull off another heist later that night. During that heist, as Vaughn tries to rape the girl at the house, Dante reveals his name which causes him to shoot the girl. Bell and Jamie find blood on a coffee table which was revealed to be Manny's and Jet and Jamie go into a nightclub to clone his phone which they successfully do. Rollins and Stabler are able to get a confrontation from the daughter of the first rape that it is Manny. Jet is able to find out that they are going to do another heist that night. Reyes comes back to the task force after testifying against the guy who shanked him. The task force then gets into a shootout with real cops and the fake cops which results in Dante getting shot and Manny getting arrested for staying behind with Dante. Reyes reveals to Bell that he grew up in a foster home with Manny and Dante, but also reveals to Bell that he was in a foster home with Vaughn.

The team raids Vaughn's house only for Vaughn to watch from a security camera and blow up a car outside of the house, feet away from the team. Reyes goes back to the hospital to talk to Dante, but he gives Reyes nothing to work with. The Deputy Inspector's office is able to help provide more resources for the team, which happens later on. Stabler and Jamie talk to Manny's lawyer who is not looking to cut a deal with information. Reyes goes to his foster family home to find Leonard, but he escapes through a window as Reyes is talking to the kids downstairs. Vaughn's crew tries to shoot at two cops with one being injured. Stabler and Jamie find out that Vaughn was in the Police Academy and they talk to his instructor. The instructor leads them to Paul Fink, a local hustler at a pool hall and they go to him for information. Vaughn kills two more of his crew as they are not following his orders. Paul leads Stabler and Jamie to NYPD detective Nate Reynolds, who lies to the detectives that he does not talk to Vaughn. Stabler and Jamie follow Reynolds to a junkyard, where they see him putting guns in a dumpster. Reyes, still tracking Leonard, follows him to a house and confronts him. Leonard is able to tell Reyes and Bell that Vaughn is looking to go out "in a blaze of glory". Vaughn later shows up at the junkyard and gets into a shootout with Stabler and Jamie where he is subsequently arrested. Reyes goes to tell Dante the news but finds out he has died. As Stabler and Bell celebrate with a toast, Stabler gets a call from Pearl Serrano saying she has information for him.

Jet and Jamie go undercover to take down a jewelry smuggling operation where the courier in their operation is Detective Tia Leonetti. Tia is Stabler's former partner where he was in the NYPD in Rome. She came to New York to help take down Abramov who is smuggling the gold in. Meanwhile, Abramov killed one of his people when he asks for more gold. Reyes goes undercover to talk to Abramov. It works successfully, but instead they are able to turn over one of the girls in the smuggling operation. Meanwhile, Pearl Serrano gives Jamie information to help him take down Teddy Silas, which is a success when they find the warehouse where Abramov is keeping the gold, as well as the skull of one of his victims. Stabler and Tia are able to get information from a consulate member of Northern Africa where Abramov is transporting gold from. They all track Abramov to an airport where he tries to get away, but the task force is able to take him down. The NYPD is able to find more girls who were held hostage by Abramov's crew. Pearl tries to get Teddy to separate himself from the business.

Bell gets a visit from Lillian Goldfarb who tells her that she is going to get promoted to Deputy Inspector but Organized Crime has to shut down. Meanwhile, Stabler gets a call from Teddy who says that Pearl mysteriously fell the previous night and was in the hospital. The doctors don't know the reason as to what has happened. Bell tells Stabler not to take the case, but he does not listens to her and takes it anyways. Stabler and Jamie go to the bar where Pearl fell outside of and found that the security footage was erased. Robert Silas tells Teddy to remove Pearl from any of his assets. Stabler and Jamie visit a bartender working that night who was drugging people at the bar. They later find out that he did not spike Pearl's drink. Jet finds that she was wearing a scarf when she left, they check the scarf and find out it was laced with a drug. Meanwhile, Reyes and Jamie go to Teddy's apartment to do a forensics check for a drug, but he does not let them help. Stabler goes to see Tia before she left to help them with the case. Stabler goes to the hospital to see Pearl but she left the hospital with help from her sister. They get information from the doorman at the building, that a laundromat company brought in a scarf named Belucci. Stabler and Tia go to arrest Belucci who runs, but they are able to catch him. They interrogate him, but his lawyer comes in who is revealed to be the same lawyer as Silas. Tia heads back to Italy and says goodbye to Stabler. Silas finds out about the lawyer and beats up Belucci with a bat in front of Stabler, Reyes, and Jamie. Stabler talks to Teddy about what Belucci said in the ambulance and that was Robert Silas was the one who ordered the hit on Pearl Serrano. He also tells Stabler that Pearl is pregnant. Stabler tries to find Robert but he fled his apartment. Finally, Bell tells Stabler that OCCB is shutting down and him mad saying that his "heart and soul are in this unit".

Robert Silas's attorney comes to the task force to talk about making a deal. Stabler and Bell meet Robert in a neutral location to discuss the deal while Jet, Jamie, and Reyes are on their way. The place they go to has no service to get into contact with anyone. While discussing the deal, a fake DA shows up after Bell tells him where to go. She finds out he is fake when the real DA shows up to do the work. The task force gets into a shootout with the fake ADA where Stabler winds up shooting him out the window. When Stabler, Reyes, and Jamie go to check the body, they get ambushed by members of the Russo crime family. Jamie gets shot and winds up in another part of the building. Stabler is able to manage to find him. The task force manages to get out of the building thanks to throwing Reyes cell phone off the roof to get a signal. Bell tells Lillian that she is not taking the new job at 1PP and she cleanses the whole office with sage.

An informant named Tino rams into the back of a police car, while his girlfriend gets kidnapped by a group of street racers. Stabler winds up seeing a psychiatrist after the incident at the warehouse of Robert Silas but leaves when he gets a call from Tino asking for help on finding his girlfriend. Bell meets with the new Deputy Inspector who respects her after what she did denying the job position. Stabler and Reyes meets up with a friend of Stabler's up in the Bronx who refuses to give information on the street racers. The task force finds out that it is run by a woman named Menedez who runs street cars down in Miami. Stabler and Reyes arrest one of their drivers after they find the girlfriend's earpods in the back of the car. Jamie goes undercover since he used to race stock cars. He is trying to become a new driver in Menedez's group. He gets the respect of a man named Ruiz and is able to become one of the drivers for the group. The location where Jamie goes to is where Tino's girlfriend is and the task force takes down some of the group, while Menedez, Ruiz, and Jamie leave in another car. Reyes and Jet chase the car, but Jamie outmanuevers them.

Jamie drives Ruiz and Menedez to where the true leader of the organization is, Antonio Duran. Duran immediately kicks out Jamie and this causes Stabler to take over the undercover operation. They stage Jamie's death which infuriates him as he wanted to do the job. Thurman brings in two detectives from Miami to help the task force take down Duran's drug-running operation. Stabler is able to get a position in Duran's group because of the staged video. Duran later has Menedez keep an eye on Stabler to see what he is all about. Stabler later finds out that there was a shooting near his friend's bodega that he had visited earlier, and comforts the owner. Stabler needs more money for Duran's deal. When he goes back to the bar, he finds that Ruiz has been shot. As he tries to get Ruiz to safety, the two Miami detectives raid the bar and kill Ruiz. Stabler and Jamie get into an argument as Jamie is keeping the Miami detectives from knowing anything about the case. Bell finds that there is something off about Thurman as does some investigating finding out that he has an alias. Looking back at the GPS of Ruiz, they are able to find a hideout where they arrest Menedez. Menedez leads the task force into arrested Duran. When she finds that she was lied to this whole time, she kills Duran and gets arrested by the task force. Stabler apologizes to Jamie about the interrogation they had earlier.

At the arraignment of Octavio Montanero, Montanero lashes out in court saying that he did not kill Bell's former partner, it was Eamon Murphy who did. This causes Bell to investigate what had happened years ago. She finds out that the weapon that killed her partner is not the same as the slug that was found. Murphy finds out about what had happened at the arraignment and asks his second-in-hand Seamus O'Meara to handle it. Montanero later gets killed in jail. Thurman later tells Bell to be careful about what she is doing with the case. Stabler asks for help from Teddy Silas to use one of his bars to open an operation to take down Murphy in exchange for a lighter sentence. The task force sets up the bar and the casino to make it look legit so they can open it for business. Reyes goes to visit a relative of his to ask for help in taking down the New Westies. O'Meara and Murphy visit Montanero's wife and they threaten her with Murphy's killer dog. Stabler gets a visit from Rika Harold, a DA who wants Stabler to give them information on the New Westies. Bell gets a visit from her former partner's wife to get support in the case, but she is leaving all of that behind. When Reyes and Jet take Teddy to the bar, they see him with a loaded gun in his bag and they confiscate it. At the casino, Jet is able to get in with O'Meara and the two start a relationship. Reyes and Jamie are able to take down a bust with the rest of O'Meara's gang. Stabler and Bell tell Jet that she is doing a good job of being undercover. Jet later bumps into O'Meara out on the street and she meets Murphy. Rika calls Stabler and says Montanero's death is being ruled as a suicide and that the case is closed.

Jet is taking big steps into her relationship with O'Meara. A bar fight erupts at the bar with O'Meara and another group of people. This is later revealed to be people that Rika hired to help Stabler. Murphy visits the bar and asks Stabler to make him a partner to which Stabler gives him 25% and has to show up to the bar regularly. O'Meara and Jet go to a heliport where they see Murphy bringing in an Irish boxing champ, and Murphy has the police academy ring of Bell's former partner on his finger. Bell later go visits Thurman as he is not allowing her to go through much where she says no one is going to stop her from finishing the case. Jamie and Reyes are trying to get Gustavo, one of the people who got busted previously, to go back out and buy more drugs so they have a better case. Jet believes that there is a contract out on O'Meara if he doesn't follow through with certain orders. Gustavo bails out of the operation and Stabler has to go in and set up another bar as Murphy is mad. O'Meara and Jet are upping the ante on their relationship. Reyes took photos of this and shows Bell and this is causing Bell to determine whether to take Jet out of the operation. Teddy and Murphy set up a boxing match at the bar. Jet is mad at Reyes for taking the photos of her and O'Meara. Jet sets up a fake show in front of Bell to show that she is ready to take the job. The boxing match goes off good until Michael Amato comes in and shoots the place up. O'Meara and Jet run out, but Jet's wig gets pulled off and her undercover is blown. O'Meara knocks her out and places her in the trunk of his car while Bell is listening on the phone.

Amato watches Jet get kidnapped by O'Meara and Amato gets kidnapped by Murphy moments later. Teddy holds a cop hostage and escapes after being told by the task force not to get in the way. Stabler questions Murphy about where O'Meara is. Murphy has an idea as to where he may be. O'Meara takes Jet into the woods to kill her. Jet manages to escape and the task force is able to take O'Meara into custody after Stabler shoots O'Meara. Murphy finds out from Amato that OCCB was running the bar and later kills Amato with his dog. Bell and Stabler find out that Teddy escaped from Thurman while comforting Jet at the hospital. Teddy gets help from a friend and calls Murphy to get him out. Jamie and Reyes miss him by a second as Teddy gets away. Meanwhile, Stabler, Jet and Bell find the pen gun that killed Bell's former partner in O'Meara's place. Stabler asks O'Meara about the pen gun they found while Jamie and Reyes question the car shop owner about aiding Teddy's escape. Teddy is about to get killed by Murphy's dog, but the task force stops before it escalates. Bell questions Murphy about her former partner. Jet visits O'Meara before he goes to jail for his actions. Bell later finds out that Murphy is an FBI informant and their investigation is thrown out. Bell later meets Murphy at his warehouse and almost kills him but is stopped by Stabler. O'Meara is killed in his hospital bed on the orders of Murphy with Jet being upset about what happened. Stabler threatens Murphy by telling him to watch his back.
