This is a list of equestrian statues in France.

  • Equestrian statue of Napoléon Bonaparte unveiled by Napoleon III in 1858. Napoleon I strengthened the town's defences to prevent British naval incursions.
  • Equestrian statue of Louis XIV in the centre of Peyrou park.


  • Equestrian statue of the mythical King Gradlon of Ys stands between the spires of the Cathedral of Saint Corentin in Quimper.

  • Equestrian statue of Jeanne d'Arc. This statue was erected in Algiers in 1951, was vandalized in 1962, and was inaugurated in Vaucouleurs in 1966.
