  • Mohammad Kashef o Saltaneh[5] The father of the Iranian Tea Industry credited with introducing tea to Iran and running the first tea plantation. One of the most notable families involved in the tea industry was the Fallahkhair family, owning hectares of tea farms controlling a vast majority of the industry's export.[6]
