Live from the Underground is the debut studio album by American hip hop recording artist, songwriter, and producer, Big K.R.I.T.. It was released on June 5, 2012, by his own label Cinematic Music Group, distributed by Def Jam Recordings.[1] The album was produced entirety by Big K.R.I.T. himself, who is also serves as the executive producer on the album.
Commercial performance
The album debuted at number 5 on the Billboard 200, with first-week sales of 41,000 copies in the United States.[2] As of August 2012, the album has sold 83,000 copies in the United States.[3]

The album received acclaim, earning a score of 78 out of 100 based on 24 reviews on Metacritic.[4] Spin Magazine named the album the eleventh best Hip Hop album of 2012.[15]
