The Longfin worm eel[1] (Myrophis anterodorsalis) is an eel in the family Ophichthidae (worm/snake eels).[2] It was described by John E. McCosker, Eugenia Brandt Böhlke and James Erwin Böhlke in 1989.[3] It is a marine, tropical eel which is known from Colombia, in the western central Atlantic Ocean. It is known to dwell at a depth range of 0 to 1 metre (0.0 to 3.3 ft).[2]
