Lourdes Tibán (born 15 October 1969) is an Ecuadorian politician. She is an indigenous Ecuadorian and she is a member of the National Assembly.[1]

Life

Tibán was born in Salcedo Canton in 1969. She has a 2002 doctorate in Jurisprudence from the Central University of Ecuador and a master's degree in Social Sciences from the Latin American Social Sciences Institute which she passed in 2007.

She represents her home province of Cotopaxi in the National Assembly. She in a member of the Pachakutik political party.[2]
