Macau Open
The Macau Open is a men's professional golf tournament which takes place in Macau SAR of the People's Republic of China and is also a tournament of the Asian Tour created by the Asian PGA. It was founded in 1998. The venue is the Macau Golf & Country Club at Coloane. The best known golfer who has won the tournament is eight times European Tour Order of Merit champion Colin Montgomerie. In 2008 the purse was US$500,000.
