Pendleton founded Tunnel Vision Clothing.[3] She is known for splitting the company's earnings equally between all employees, with each employee including herself taking home the same wage.[4] Madeline self-describes her business structure as running on a "socialist model." One of Pendleton's goals for the company is ensuring every employee owns a home.[5]
