Mahua Kheraganj is a town, a nagar panchayat in Udham Singh Nagar district in the Indian state of Uttarakhand.

Geography

Mahua Kheraganj is located at 29°08′N 78°57′E / 29.13°N 78.95°E / 29.13; 78.95.[1]

Demographics

As of 2001 India census,[2] Mahua Kheraganj had a population of 8859. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Mahua Kheraganj has an average literacy rate of 73%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 74%, and female literacy is 70%. In Mahua Kheraganj, 11% of the population is under 6 years of age.
