Maia Ann Mereana Lewis, MNZM (born 20 June 1970), is a former cricketer and captain of the New Zealand women's cricket team. She played in nine women's Test matches, captaining New Zealand in two of them. She was born in Christchurch, New Zealand.

She retired from cricket in 2005.[1] In the 2006 Queen's Birthday Honours, Lewis was made a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit, for services to women's cricket.[2]
