Mall/Southwest 4th Avenue and Mall/Southwest 5th Avenue are light rail stations on the MAX Blue and Red Lines in Portland, Oregon. It is the 2nd stop eastbound on the current Eastside MAX. For a little more than five years, this station was also served by the Yellow Line, from that line's opening in May 2004 until its relocation to the Portland Transit Mall in August 2009.

The stations are built into the sidewalks of Yamhill and Morrison Streets. Points of interest close to the station include the Pioneer Place Mall, shopping areas, and the Portland Transit Mall. When the MAX system first began operating, in 1986, there were no stations at this location, because it was anticipated that the block would undergo major redevelopment in the near future. The stations were added during construction of the Pioneer Place mall in 1989–90.
