Mama Drama is the third studio album released by American rapper Mia X, which was released on October 27, 1998, on No Limit Records, distributed by Priority/EMI Records, and featured production from Master P and Beats By the Pound. Many of the guests who appeared on the previous album returned for guest appearances on the album including Fat Joe and Charlie Wilson.

Background and singles

The album would turn out to be Mia X's most successful, charting at #9 on the Billboard 200 and #3 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts. The single "What'cha Wanna Do" also found huge success, making it to #12 on the Billboard Hot 100, 3 on the Hot Rap Tracks and 9 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks. this one. There was also a single called "Imma Shine" which was also a huge success peaking at # 8 on the Top/Hip Hop Singles & Tracks and #13 on the BillBoard 100. Despite its success this is Mia X's last album with No Limit.
