Marcella Corcoran Kennedy (born 7 January 1963) is an Irish Fine Gael politician.[1][2] She was elected as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Laois–Offaly constituency at the 2011 general election.[3] She was a member of Offaly County Council for the Ferbane electoral area from 1999 to 2009.

She was appointed as Minister of State for Health Promotion at the Department of Health in May 2016.
