Marvin Hamilton (born 8 October 1988) is an English footballer who plays as a defender for Whitehawk.

Career

After junior trials with Arsenal he also played for Waltham Forest and Ridgeway Rovers, then he joined Gillingham as a youth player in July 2005,[2] and signed as a professional on a one-year contract on the eve of the 2007-08 season.[3] He made his first team debut as a substitute in an away defeat to Luton Town on 25 August 2007. He was released by Gillingham at the end of March 2008 and joined Dover Athletic.[4]

However, his stay at the Crabble was short lived and he left at the end of the season. He started the 2008–09 season as a trialist at AFC Wimbledon. He signed for Cypriot side APEP Pitsilia in January 2010. Hamilton signed for Conference South club Eastbourne Borough on 24 February 2012. [5] Following a brief stint playing in Australia, Hamilton returned to Boro for the 2014-15 season [6] before being released in February 2015.[7] He went on to sign for Whitehawk.[8] Hamilton signed for Dartford on 6 August 2015.[9] On the 30 September Hamilton re-signed for Eastbourne Borough for the third time from former club VCD Athletic.[10] He then re-signed for Whitehawk for the start of the 2016-17 season.
