The 19th House of Delegates District is a district represented in the Maryland General Assembly. At present, the district consists of Montgomery County communities of Silver Spring, Wheaton, Leisure World, Four Corners, Aspen Hill, Kemp Mill, Olney, Derwood, Laytonsville, and unincorporated areas of Rockville and Gaithersburg.

Current Delegates

The three-member delegation consists of Ben Kramer (since 2006), Bonnie Cullison (since 2011), and Maricé Morales (since 2015).[1] They are all member of the Democratic Party.
