Maryse Liburdi (formerly Maryse Thomas) is the Chairman and CEO of Pokeware, a technology company and ad exchange she founded in 1997.[1][2]
Liburdi has been a guest on national television programs on Bloomberg Television.[3]
Other work
In addition to her work at Pokeware, Liburdi is an active member of TechNet (lobbying organization)[4] and participates in several regional events advocating innovation economics. She sits on the Advisory Boards of Flingo, Saavn and I/o Ventures.
Liburdi is a running enthusiast and competes in the New York City Marathon annually.[citation needed] She is an adjunct lecturer at Princeton University and IFR rated pilot.[citation needed]
Arrest
Liburdi was arrested in April 2016 in Rome, stemming from US charges[5] accused of fraud in the range of $25–30 million.[6]
