Mat Toshack (born 18 February 1973 in Sydney, New South Wales) is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer of the 1990s and 2000s.

Mat Toshack's position of choice was as a Second-row or in the Centre's.

He played for North Sydney Bears and South Queensland Crushers in the Australia. In the Super League he played for London Broncos.
