Matt Wilson (born September 27, 1964) is an American jazz drummer.

Matthew Edward Wilson was born in Knoxville, Illinois. He studied percussion at Wichita State University. He moved to New York City in 1992, and has worked with Lee Konitz, Cecil McBee, and Dewey Redman.[1]
