Mazagón is a beach town in Andalusia, Spain near Huelva.

It belongs to the Mancomunidad of Palos de la Frontera (famous for being the town from which Christopher Columbus set sail in 1492) and Moguer (birthplace of Nobel laureate in Literature Juan Ramón Jiménez).

The beaches in Mazagon are 12 km long and sandy.

Next to the beaches Mazagón is known for being located in the Doñana National Park. A natural reserve famous for being home of the endangered species Iberian lynx.
