Kasirye Martin, commonly known as Mc Tino (born (1984-10-28) October 28, 1984 (age 40) in Jinja, Uganda to Baramaze John and Veronique Tebasura) is a Rwandan artist[1] and journalist, MC and Dejeey.

Early life and education

He[2]studied at the University of Rwanda in the Department of Business Administration (Marketing) in 2010.[3] He continued his studies in India, at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, where he obtained a diploma in Mass Communication.[4]

Music career

MC Tino released his first album, Umurima, in 2018.[5] There are popular songs like Umurima, Njyewe Nawe , MULA.[6][7][8][9][10][11]

Mc Tino was the first selection for the group that came to be known as TBB;[12] music trio which consisted of three members: Tino, Bob and Benja.[13] They separated after Primus Guma Guma Superstar[14] season 6 and he started a solo career. He is current under Zoliberry Music as his music label.[15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23]

Broadcasting

He is currently doing a talk show called DUNDA Show on KT Radio.[24] He hosted[25] Sonia Kayitesi, Jaysix Abdalah, Jean Paul Bujyacyera,[26]Ladipoe,[14] Stonebwoy, Confiance Munyaneza,[27] Kataleya and Kandle,[28]Marc Uwizeye[29] and Butera Knowless[30] on his radio show called Dunda on KT Radio.[25][15][31][28][32]

Emceeing

He used to emcee different music festivals include Primus Guma Guma Super Star.[33] He was the MC in all the big concerts that happened in Rwanda, among them are prepared by MTN Rwanda. [34] Mc Tino is considered as a Current Rwanda Mc Leader he started mceeing since 2007. [35][36]

He performed as mc when Jason Derulo went to Rwanda.[37]
