getAttribute[edit]

@Nemo: Thanks for the reminder. I adapted the code provided by Nikerabbit, and applied toLowerCase() to the lang attribute, so the code works with "nds-NL", "roa-Tara", "zh-TW" and "zh-CN" (the previous version used class names, which are in lower case). Helder 15:38, 28 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Bene*: however it seems the feature is currently broken in some wikis, so I started this common gadget to make it easier to fix them (i.e. fix only one page, import from other wikis) until Wikidata badgets are available. Do you know how long will that be? Helder 13:31, 3 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Badges are going to be deployed on August 19th so there is no much time left. However, we also have to remember that the badges first need some time until they are imported to wikidata. Why en.wiki[edit]

Why is this hosted on en.wikipedia? I can understand when it happens by accident, but as it's a new thing created on purpose for other wikis it would be much better on Meta-Wiki. Re-using the usual "central" domains is also useful to reduce time spent on SSL negotiation. (Every page on every project always loads meta.wikimedia.org already because of CentralNotice.) Nemo bis but I don't care that much about the wiki were this is hosted, as long as we have a single script to fix and keep updated (even if it is just for a few weeks).--Nemo 11:08, 4 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
