Member of the Presidency of Yugoslavia for SAP Kosovo
Appearance
A member of the Presidency of Yugoslavia for the Socialist Autonomous Province of Kosovo existed within the collective state presidency from the enactment of the 1974 Constitution of Yugoslavia to the breakup of the state in 1991. From 1971 to 1974 the socialist autonomous province was represented by two members per amendments to the 1963 Constitution of Yugoslavia. The member was selected by Parliament.
Until his death in 1980 Josip Broz Tito served as president of the collective state presidency as per the 1974 constitution. After his death the president of the presidency rotated, with Sinan Hasani serving in the role.
