Mezná is a village and municipality (obec) in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 5.07 square kilometres (1.96 sq mi), and has a population of 107 (as at 3 July 2006).

Mezná lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) south-east of Tábor, 40 km (25 mi) north-east of České Budějovice, and 96 km (60 mi) south of Prague.
