Michael J. Touhey was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly.

Biography

Touhey was born on November 30, 1844 in County Clare, Ireland. He settled in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin in 1854 and Brown County, Wisconsin in 1868.[1]

Career

Touhey was a member of the Assembly in 1877.[2] Other positions he held include member of the Morrison, Wisconsin Town Board (similar to city council). He was a Democrat.
